This medium-flavoured gem features an all-Nicaraguan blend predominantly sourced from A.J. Fernandez' Dorado farm. Aptly named for its golden texture and taste, this cigar delivers an excellent medium-bodied smoke with delicious notes of cedar, white pepper, and cinnamon. Discover the Dorado Farm: At the heart of the New World Dorado blend lies the Fernandez Dorado farm in Esteli.
The soil of this farm has a remarkable golden hue, a rarity in Esteli, where most earth tends to be an ashen shade of dark grey. Inspired by this golden appearance, the cigar carries the name "Dorado," meaning "golden" in Spanish. Established only five years ago, the Dorado farm contributed tobacco from its first harvest in 2017 to create the New World Dorado brand.
Expertly Crafted Blend: The all-Nicaraguan blend of the New World Dorado Toro consists of a Sun Grown Habano wrapper and Criollo 98 binder, both carefully sourced from the Dorado farm. While the filler blend incorporates tobacco from two other tobacco fields - one in Condega and another farm in Esteli - the majority of the filler leaves come from the Dorado plantation. Crafted with expertise at the A.J.
Fernadez San Lotano factory, each cigar has a box-pressed shape.

Is this genuine, and where does it come from?
Yes. We buy A.J. Fernandez from the authorised UK distributor, so it arrives with duty and VAT paid and nothing in between.
How will it be packed?
It goes out in a sealed pouch with a free Boveda 69% humidity pack, which holds the cigars at roughly 65 to 70% humidity while they are in transit. We ship Royal Mail Tracked 24, or Special Delivery if you would rather.
How should I store it once it arrives?
Keep it in a humidor or an airtight box with a 65% or 69% Boveda pack, somewhere around 18 to 20°C. British houses get very dry in winter once the heating goes on, so a sealed container makes a real difference.
