How your order is packed

Cigars go out in a sealed pouch with a free Boveda 69% two-way humidity pack, inside a padded box. That holds them at roughly 65 to 70% humidity in transit, so they arrive in the same condition they left our humidor in. The outer packaging is plain, with no branding on it.

Minimum order

We ship orders of £230 and over, worked out on the basket before delivery is added. Below that the basket will tell you how much more it needs, and the checkout will not open. It is a wholesale-weight minimum on a shop that posts single boxes, and it is the reason delivery is free rather than costed into every parcel.

What it costs

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: free on every order. Our £230 minimum clears the £100 free-delivery threshold on its own, so nothing we ship carries a delivery charge.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery: £9.95, choose it at checkout if you need your order by 1pm the next working day. Fully tracked and insured.

When it goes out

Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and it is dispatched the same day. Anything after that, or over a weekend, goes out on the next working day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves us.

How long it takes

Tracked 24 usually arrives the next working day and almost always within two. Special Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the next working day. The Scottish Highlands and Islands and parts of Northern Ireland can take an extra day.

Someone has to be 18 to take delivery

The courier will ask for proof of age at the door. If nobody over 18 is in, they will leave a card and you can rearrange or collect from the depot with ID.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email us within 30 days and we will sort it out. Cigars that arrive dry or cracked will be replaced, no argument.
