You must be 18 or over

It is against the law to sell tobacco to anyone under 18 in the UK, under the Children and Families Act 2014. We check your age when you arrive on the site, again at checkout, and the courier checks it at your door. If we have any doubt, we will cancel the order and refund you.

Where our cigars come from

Every Cuban cigar we sell comes through Hunters and Frankau, the official UK importer for Habanos S.A., and carries the green English Market Selection stamp. New World cigars come from the authorised UK distributor for each brand. UK excise duty and VAT are paid on everything before it reaches you, and both are included in the price on the page.

Prices and availability

Prices include VAT and UK duty. We hold stock in our own humidor, but on rare occasions something sells out between your order and our picking it. If that happens we will email you and either hold the order until it is back in or refund you, whichever you prefer.

How you pay

We take two forms of payment: UK bank transfer and cryptocurrency. We do not take card payments. Whichever you choose, your order is reserved when you place it and nothing is dispatched until the payment has cleared.

• Bank transfer: we send you our account details over live chat once your order is placed, rather than by email. Use your order number as the payment reference so we can match it up. Orders paid this way are usually dispatched the same working day.
• Cryptocurrency: we accept BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT and USDC. Your order confirmation carries the address, a QR code and the network to send on. Send only the coin and network shown; a transfer made on the wrong network cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain, so refunds are made in pounds sterling by bank transfer.

If a payment has not reached us within seven days we will release the stock back into the humidor and email you to say so.

Returns

You can return unopened accessories within 14 days for a full refund. Cigars are a different matter: once a box is opened we cannot resell it, so we can only accept returns on sealed boxes, and only within 14 days. If cigars arrive damaged, dry or cracked, that is on us and we will replace them or refund you.

Faulty lighters and cutters

These come with the manufacturer's warranty. If one fails within 30 days, contact us and we will replace it. After that, we will help you deal with the manufacturer.

Your information

We use your details to process your order and nothing else. We do not sell them on. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.

Health

Tobacco seriously damages health. Smoking causes fatal lung cancer, heart disease and emphysema. If you want to stop, the NHS offers free help at nhs.uk.
